Terms & Conditions:

1. No children are allowed. Due to the use of specialised equipment, these premises are not suitable for children. Please also the respect other peoples relaxation time by not attending with children.

2. Consultation Cards must be complete on your initial visit. If you would like your therapist to complete this for you, please just ask. Do not let this deter you from attending. Please advise us of any alterations to your information supplied. Appropriately all information is recorded in the strictest confidence and is secured for our purposes only, under the Data Protection Act.

3. Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. Any cancellation of treatments of less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. With less than 12 hours notice full cost will be charged to your credit card.

4. Full payment must be made at booking stage for all pamper and spa packages. More than 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation of packages. If not, this will incur full payment and is non refundable.

5. Gift vouchers and courses are strictly valid for six months. They are non-redeemable and non-transferable. Payment must be made in full before commencement and completion must be within 6 months.

6. Full payment still applies to late arrival. Time lost will be deducted off treatment time.

7. For the comfort and consideration of our clients and staff we kindly ask you to switch off or silent mobile phones whilst on the premises.
